My Bio
Hello, Ezyo here!
I used to do Photoshop things a lot, as well as Blender 3D stuff. Now I'm mostly busying myself with music, playing guitar, singing, trying to compose and write songs, sometimes produce songs in my favorite DAW and often try to collaborate (have never actually succeeded at it though).

At home, I have a little studio, with a computer, set of monitors, three microphones and an audio interface. I really want to be a producer and musician, so I better get things rolling now.

This school year was supposed to get me off of this damn school, but stubborn as I am, I failed the exams and I'm stuck here for another year. One more reason to get my music going.

The music I play and love first of all includes Taylor Swift, country'ish, lovely lyrics, simple chords and slightly over-produced music. And of course, inevitably, a very pretty girl Taylor is!
Secondly, a lot of fingerstyle, think of Andy McKee (yes, the pictures!), Antoine Dufour, Michael Hedges, Don Ross, Pierre Bensusan and Ewan Dobson.

Acoustic guitar, and music in general (the theory too).
So today was that performance. Currently I only have 'footage' (you can't see anything - too dark) of the songs that I did myself, not of those where I was doing backing vocals. Here's Wonderwall (Oasis): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HHiVP_XYX38 Wonderwall went OK, no major flaws, just the pick-up not functioning properly. Quite a lot of fun with the band. And here's Breathe (Taylor Swift): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QC9LPFCo6kY There's one big fail just past the midpoint - it shouldn't have happened but I just lost control there. Please comment, like, subscribe, add me as friend and all that - thank you very much.

Guitar hunt!

0 min read
Thought I'd update my journal... So if I graduate I might get a guitar... so I'm basically guitar hunting to find the one for me and hope to pull out the deal of the decade (ha-ha). Soon going to Casa Benelly over in The Hague where I hope to try the following: Taylor 314ce (tried some, not really impressed, although the GA3 is excellent) Taylor 414ce (I can't wait to hear that ovangkol, cedar - I know the 414 has a sitka top - and ovangkol might be just right for me) Taylor 814ce Taylor GS-K LTD (2006) Collings OM3 (ought to be a treat) Collings SJ Indian (ought to be a treat as well) Avalon A200CE (pretty **** curious about this one

A new video.

At last, I got myself together and started practising and then recorded a cover of Taylor Swift's Jump Then Fall. It took me some time to think about it and finally take the challenge, but I have to start somewhere don't I? :D I hope it's bearable. Enjoy. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VPAf0O9KipE
